Ace your Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder exam by using this practice exam to test your knowledge. This practice exam contains 45 multiple choice questions and covers most of the topics on the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder exam, including data modeling, security, process automation and business logic.

Note: These are the types of questions to expect on the certification exam and they cover the topics outlined in the official study guide, but these aren’t the exact questions you will see on the exam. Hi Jenna, Good questions - a tad harder than Salesforce Ben. I managed 34/45 but a couple of dumb mistakes. Hopefully will be ok for the exam, I will take in a couple of weeks. Thanks for taking the time to make this happen it is appreciated. Regards

When an opportunity has a discount of more than 35%, your CEO wants to be notified via email and must sign-off on the discount. What tool do you use to meet these requirements? - Mentioned Correct Answer - Approvals But I think correct answer is Process builder. Process builder can work on Condition once condition satisfy, it will send email, also process builder can call Approval. While approval work on Submit button, I don't think this is true. Please confirm

Hi Suresh, Approvals is correct. You need to choose the best tool for the requirement. More information can be found in this trailhead unit for Choosing the Right Automation Tool: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/modules/business_process_automation/units/process_whichtool

Hey Jenna, Could you please double check your answer for "Universal Containers wants to store an area code and wants to be able to search for it in searches. Which are possible fields to store the data? (Choose two)"

Hi Zaman, Yes, those answers are correct. Picklist values are not included in search (see the idea here: https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000BrnQAAS) and phone would not meet the requirements.
